Bottleneck Verdict is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
What that means in practice: links to processors and graphics cards on this site — in calculator results, benchmark tables, upgrade suggestions, and part pages — point to Amazon search results for that part and carry our Associates tag (bottleneckver-20). If you buy through one, Amazon pays us a small commission. The price you pay is the same either way.
What it never does: change a number. Every verdict on this site is computed from measured benchmark data or our published index method, and the same result is shown whether or not a part has a link. Upgrade suggestions are ranked by measured performance, not by commission.
Regional stores: the store switcher in the header points links at other Amazon stores (Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk, and so on). We earn commission only in stores where we hold an Associates account; the switcher works either way.
